Charges and Pricing

All of our services are charged either depending on the distance travelled or the length of time a vehicle is booked for.  The actual rate is calculated electronically and is further dependant on the type of vehicle you require and the suburbs you are travelling to and from.  While in the vast majority of cases we are able to provide you with a fixed price quote for your particular journey, there are instances where the actual cost to you will vary.  Some examples of such variations include stops at your request, waiting time and a change in the number of passengers or the amount of luggage you intend to carry in a vehicle.  Another is the $2 toll levied by the Adelaide Airport.  You are encouraged to contact us for a quote prior to travelling, or to clarify the cost charged after the event for any of our services.

Cancellation Policy & Fees

* All specialty bookings require full payment four weeks prior to the day.  This includes all weddings, day tours, school formals and all limousine, convertible and bus work.

* Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to date of booking will incur a 10% service fee of total quote value.

* Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to date of booking incur a 50% service fee of the total value.

* Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the date of booking will forfeit all monies paid.
